What Is Your Return Policy?Updated 17 hours ago

Items may be returned within 30 days of the date the order is delivered (based on carrier tracking). 

A return shipping fee of $11.95 applies to all returned orders, with one fee per return request.  


To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, accessories, inserts, and documentation must be included.
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse, wear, alteration, or improper care.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number and the email used at checkout).

We reserve the right to deny or reduce refunds for items returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements.


The following are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law:

  • Final sale / clearance items (including items marked “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or similar).
  • Gift cards or store credit.
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items.
  • Perishable items (if any) or items that cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Intimates, swimwear, hosiery, or similar items if the hygienic liner/seal is removed (if applicable).
  • Items missing original tags/packaging, or items that show any signs of wear, washing, or use.

If your order includes promotional or bundled items, all items in the bundle may need to be returned to receive a full refund, unless we state otherwise at the time of purchase.


Unless the return is due to our error (for example, a defective item or incorrect item shipped), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.  Shipping charges paid at checkout (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable, except where required by law.


If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method less the shipping return fee, unless we offer or you elect store credit where permitted by law.  Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Processing time: Please allow 10–14 business days after delivery of your return to our facility for inspection and processing.
  • Bank processing time: After we issue a refund, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it to your account.

If the returned items do not meet eligibility requirements, we may (a) deny the refund, (b) issue a partial refund, and/or (c) return the item to you at your expense, to the extent permitted by law.


In the event you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment, we encourage you to contact us first so we can help resolve any issue. Initiating a chargeback may delay a refund or other remedy while the dispute is investigated.
