We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. Please note that Konges Sløjd does not offer exchanges.

If you wish to return an item, please note the following if you want to be sure to receive a full refund:

🍒 The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

🍒 All original tags, packaging, accessories, inserts, and documentation must be included.

🍒 The item must not be damaged due to misuse, wear, alteration, or improper care.

🍒 You must provide proof of purchase (order number and the email used at checkout).

Non-Returnable Items. The following are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law:

🍒 Final sale / clearance items (including items marked “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or similar).
🍒 Gift cards or store credit.
🍒 Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items.
🍒 Perishable items (if any) or items that cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
🍒 Intimates, swimwear, hosiery, or similar items if the hygienic liner/seal is removed (if applicable).
🍒 Items missing original tags/packaging, or items that show any signs of wear, washing, or use.
